Watch for Changes This Week for our
Website and Online Portal

Watch for a new website and online portal for members, certificants, and supporters this week, with a predicted launch of the new site by the end of the business day on Friday, May 18, 2018. As we make the changes, there are several things to keep in mind.
Beginning at 12:01 am ET on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, several options on our current website and member portal will be temporarily unavailable, including:
• Joining HPNA online
• Purchasing products in the HPNA shop
• Give donations to HPNF
• Editing your member profile
You will still be able to view information on our website and online portal as you normally would, and access all current content. Transactions will once again be available by the end of the business day on Friday, May 18, 2018. Those transactions will take place within our new system.
Current members and certificants logging in to the new site for the first time will need to create a password for the new system. Users will click "forgot password" to reset to a new password, after supplying your email address in the username area. You will then be able to see your personal landing page.
Instructions for this process will appear on the left side of the sign in screen, and a tutorial for this process is available at advancingexpertcare.org/new-website. However, most visitors to the site will find it easier to click "sign in" and follow the prompts.
While these changes may require a period of adjustment, we look forward to the improved communication and website navigation, as well as our updated look and feel of our website and member portal. Thank you for being patient during the transition.
